Billy Claasen – a farmworker activist has finally achieved his degree in Public Administration. The father of three who had failed Grade 10 some thirty years ago returned to the classroom and completed his matric before heading to UWC. Some days he had to make the 130km trek from Piketberg to get to campus. Billy Claasen speaks to Khalil Kathrada on NRA.
