Nasrallah: we are ready to support the resistance

Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu cannot claim that the regime’s attacks on Islamic Jihad outposts in Gaza has acted as a deterrence. According to Hezbollah secretary general, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Palestinian resistance has shown that any assassination will not go unpunished. He was referring to the Israeli murder of Islamic Jihad leader, Khader Adnan two weeks ago. The Israeli regime claims that its bombardment of Gaza and attacks on Palestinians in the occupied lands are deterrents to any reprisals from the resistance. But the Palestinian resistance says that they will continue to defend their people and land from the Zionist regime.

Resistance sends settlers scurrying for cover

The Palestinian resistance has fired rockets towards Al-Quds for the first time since the Zionist regime began its airstrikes on Gaza. The regime has set up settlements in Al Quds, and the rockets have struck fear into the colonizers. The settlements near Gaza have also come under renewed retaliatory rocket fire. Thus far, 31 Palestinians, including six children and three women, have been killed in the Israeli attacks which began on Monday. A local academic says that the Zionist entity in Palestine is working to fulfill a 75-year programme to wipe out the existing population, and to replace them with anyone that identifies with its oppressive ideals. Anti-apartheid activist, Professor Farid Esack notes that this is one of the stark differences between the Israelis and Apartheid South Africa. He says that under the oppressive Apartheid regime, the white minority did not try to get rid of the black majority. Instead, it enforced policies that ensured the economic and societal superiority of white people. Professor Esack's comments come ahead of the Nakba commemoration, which marks 75 years since the Israeli regime began its campaign to erase Palestinians from their land.

Resistance warns of 'surprise' if Gaza attacks continue

The Islamic Jihad movement has vowed to keep up its retaliatory strikes against the occupied territories until the Israeli regime stops its attack on Gaza Strip. As of midnight, the death toll in the besieged enclave reached 30, with 93 Palestinians injured. At least five of Islamic Jihad’s commanders have been martyred in the attacks. In response to the unprovoked aggression, Al Quds Brigades, the Islamic Jihad's armed wing, fired hundreds of rockets towards the occupied territories, killing one Israeli and injuring several others. Islamic Jihad spokesperson, Anwar Abu Taha, has asserted that they remain determined to defend their people and land against the Israeli regime. He also said that their missiles fired from Gaza serve as a strong message to the Israeli enemy that the Brigades and the resistance have many surprises in store, which can compel the regime to stop its continuous brutality.

Palestine strikes back

The Palestinian resistance has fired 26 missiles at Israeli targets in the occupied lands, and the regime's so-called 'Iron Dome' has only intercepted nine of them. These missiles are in response to the brutal Israeli airstrikes that have killed 17 Palestinians since yesterday. The latest victim is a 25-year-old from Khan Yunis in Gaza Strip and two others seriously injured. The Israeli brutal murder of Palestinian families comes, as five colonial settlers have been injured in retaliatory strikes. The Zionist regime claims that its airstrikes are meant to be a deterrent to the Islamic Jihad movement. It follows the Israeli murder of activist, Khader Adnan last week. He was on hunger strike for 86 days, in protest against his unjustified abduction and open-ended detention by the Zionist occupiers. He succumbed to his illness, which Palestinians say could have been prevented if his captors had given him proper treatment. Meanwhile, these attacks on Gaza and other parts of the occupied lands, come in the week leading up to the 75th commemoration of the Nakba (Catastrophe). It marks the day on which Zionist gangs brutally removed Palestinians from their homes. Professor at Birzeit University, Sa’d Nimr notes that the violence that Palestinians...

Palestinians under the Israeli regime’s oppressive policy of administrative detention, will embark on an open-ended hunger strike. This is in response to their unjustified imprisonment, and to protest the murder of Islamic Jihad leader, Khader Adnan. He had endured 87 days without food to protest the Israeli administrative detention policy. A group, calling itself the administrative prisoners committee, says that hunger strike is an effective weapon to stop Israeli arrogance.
