South Africans Skeptical About October Polls

Retired Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke continues his assessments of the viability of holding elections this year. Research by the University of Johannesburg and Human Sciences Research Council found that two-thirds of citizens are not in favour of the polls going ahead in October.
