A serial rapist has been sentenced in the Bhisho High Court to seven life terms, and 300-years’ imprisonment.
The 46-year-old has been found guilty on two counts of murder, 18 counts of rape, attempted rape, four counts of assault, and two counts of theft. Malibongwe Ncokolo, had committed these crimes in the East London and Mdantsane areas from 2014 to 2017.
Judge Igna Stretch described Ncokolo, whose youngest victim was 11 years old at the time of the crime, as a repeated sex offender. Ncokolo was a rape convict who had been released on parole in February 2014 when he commenced with his reign of terror.
