Muslim Professionals are Opposing Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccines

SHARE

The Association of Muslim Professionals of South Africa (AMPSA) has criticised President Cyril Ramaphosa and his administration for what it calls indirectly forcing people to get vaccinated against Covid-19, despite prior statements that getting vaccinated will be purely voluntary and have no consequences should individuals not be inoculated.

However, since the initial statements were made about the Covid-19 vaccine being voluntary, the government has started to implement laws that restrict an individual’s right not to take jab, either by workplaces enforcing a ‘mandatory vaccine policy’, un-vaccinated persons being banned entry to set places and now some medical doctors refusing to treat them.
