Fresh fighting has reportedly erupted between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

It comes just hours after a ceasefire came into force on Friday. Armenia reported on Saturday that blasts hit Stepanakert, the capital of disputed region Nagorno-Karabakh.

The two countries agreed to a temporary truce during talks in Moscow after weeks of fighting.

More than 300 people have died and thousands have been displaced.

Radio 786’s weekly international affairs programme, the Diplomats Discourse, looked at the developments and the implications for the region.
