Update: Police have confirmed that they are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal shooting in Kinghall Avenue in Epping 2, Elsies River. The incident is said to have taken place just after 6am this morning.
A 31-year-old woman was reportedly robbed and killed in Epping. Bonteheuwel ward councillor Angus Mckenzie says the mother of two had been waiting for an Uber after working the night shift when she was attacked. She has been identified as Lauren Braiden.
Police have yet to comment.
