Mitchells Plain Brigadier Cass Goolam bows out but remains a crime fighter

‘The Community Commander’, Brigadier Cass Goolam has officially retired from the police service at the age of 60.

He ran the Mitchells Plain police station for the last decade, Brigadier Goolam has had his fair share of experiences where it required officers to go above and beyond the call of duty.
