We take a look at how we can maintain a healthy eating and fitness routine/plan during the month of Ramadaan with guests: Ferial De Jong and Zubeir Fortune.
Ferial De Jong, achieved her BSc in Complementary Health Sciences at UWC. B. Unani Tibb Medicine and other shorter courses over the past 10 years since graduating, now Ferial has a special interest in physical and emotional wellbeing.

Zubeir Fortune is a Personal Trainer and Sports Conditioning CoachFortune Fitness is a health and fitness company owned by Zubair Fortune. With over 8 years of experience, holding a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Conditioning. With continuous learning throughout the years, he has obtained certificates ranging from Pilates to Boxing.
