If you are driving on the R355 in the Breede River –  past Ceres – and think you’ve spotted an Unidentified Flying Object(UFO) crashed on the side of the road, you most likely have!

The huge, shiny silver UFO is 10 metres wide and seven metres high.

But it didn’t just crash there… instead the owners of the Tankwa farmstall thought it a good tourist attraction to plonk this giant structure in the middle of the arid Karoo.

But that’s not all; they’ve already begun working on their next spindly project.
