The National Coloured Congress is preparing to be a voice for a section of South Africa that is under-represented. The party’s leader, Fadiel Adams was speaking after he re-appointed to the presidency of the former Cape Coloured Congress. Adams says that the name change is important for proper representation for the coloured community that is often disregarded as the black majority, and white minority maintain their dominance.
