President Cyril Ramaphosa has accepted the first part of the State Capture Commission’s report saying it signals the beginning of the final phase of the four-year-old inquiry’s work. The 874-page document was hand delivered by the commission’s chair, Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo at the Union Buildings in Pretoria.
