Smoked oyster & mussel spaghetti

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g SPAR Spaghetti
  • 1 x 410 g tin SPAR tomato and onion mix
  • 1 x 85 g tin SPAR smoked mussels
  • 1 x 85 g tin SPAR smoked oysters
  • 500 ml (2 cups) SPAR fresh cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

METHOD

  • Boil the spaghetti for 10 minutes in salted water until cooked.
  • Simmer the tomato and onion mix with the smoked mussels and oysters, then add the cream to the mixture and simmer together.
  • Place the cooked spaghetti into the sauce, add some salt and black pepper to taste and serve hot.
