The body of a ninth woman has been found in Ekurhuleni. The body was found in bushes at Dawn Park in Boksburg. The Acting Provincial Commissioner of Gauteng, Major General Fred Kekana, says preliminary indications suggest the body was dumped at the scene.
Meanwhile, the body found on the side of the road on Tuesday in KwaThema in Springs has been identified. The body is that of 38-year-old Dineo Evelyn Motapane. According to the police, Motapane was last seen alive on Sunday. Her family had not yet reported her missing.
