One of the accused in the Jesse Hess murder says that he does not have sleepless nights because he didn’t kill anyone.

Hess and her grandfather Chris Lategan were found murdered in their Parow home in August 2019.

David van Boven who was on the stand in the Western Cape High Court was questioned by advocate Emily Van Wyk while standing trial along with Tasliem Ambrose.

According to evidence presented in court, Hess and Lategan died of asphyxiation. Van Boven testified that he had no knowledge of what happened to Hess and Lategan.
