The National Coloured Congress (NCC) has accused Cape Town Mayor Geordin Hill Lewis of dragging them to court to ensure that the law doesn’t comply with employment equity laws.

The NCC is demanding that businesses comply with the Employment Equity Act. The party’s President Fadiel Adams believes that the coloured child is being sidelined in the job market.
