First Time Middle-income Home Buyers can Apply for Subsidy

Middle-income earners are being encouraged to tap into the Financial Linked Individual Subsidy Programme (FLISP) when planning to buy their first home. Those earning between 3 501 – R22 000 can apply. However, the applicant must have been approved for a home loan by an accredited banking institution.
