Spinach and Mushroom Orzo Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup cooked Orzo Pasta
  • Left over Creamed Spinach (see recipe on my previous post)
  • ½ cup cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese

METHOD:

1.Cook the Orzo for 7-10 minutes until its al dente.

2Strain the pasta and set aside.

3.Heat the creamed spinach and the cream, add the cooked Orzo and salt and pepper to taste.

4.Stir well and cook on a low heat, stirring often until the sauce and pasta is heated through.

5.Serve topped with a grilled chicken breast fillet.

6.Lastly top with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

*For the Grilled Breast
1.Seasoned with Sprinkles and Spice Roast Chicken and Sprinkles and Spice Orange Pepper,

2.Grill or airfry with a dash of olive oil, until cooked and golden.
