Vanilla Cupcakes (Eggless)

3 cups cake flour
2 cups sugar
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon bicarb
Pinch of salt
¾ cups cooled boiling water
¼ cup yoghurt
1 cup milk
1 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 tablespoon vinegar
In a large bowl, sift all the dry ingredients together.  In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix with a hand whisk (not an electric beater) until well combined, smooth, and lump free.
Fill muffin cups in a cupcake pan and fill your muffin cups ½ -¾ full, depending on how high you want your cupcakes.
Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until a skewer stick comes out clean.

Allow to cool and decorate as desired.
