INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup drinking yogurt
- Berries or toppings of your choice
METHOD:
1.Mix the chia seeds an yogurt and store in an airtight container overnight.
2.Serve with fresh berries, fruit, muslei and your favourite toppings.
