The ANC in the Western Cape has called out the City of Cape Town for not properly engaging with communities before disposing of land.

In the latest bout of proposals to dispose of City-own land is the site at College Road in Kenilworth. According to the ANC’s Cameron Dugmore, the planned 17 properties the City intends on auctioning off could be used for affordable social housing.
