A consignment of drugs has been confiscated in Bishop Lavis. A joint operation between LEAP officers and the police swooped on a house in Elder Street, arresting one suspect. There they found a bucket containing 52 tablets of Mandrax, four ecstasy tablets, and several packets of Tik. Officers also found over R 5 000 cash, believed to be the proceeds of drug sales.
