Stolen Western Cape vehicles found in neighbouring province

A 44-year-old man has been arrested after vehicles stolen in the Western Cape were found at a premises in the Eastern Cape.

Police officers from the Goodwood precinct made the discovery after tracing a Ford Ranger that was stolen in their area.

Police spokesperson Joseph Swartbooi says at least seven vehicles were positively identified as stolen from the Western Cape.

The suspect faces a charge of possession of stolen motor vehicles. He is expected to make an appearance in an Eastern Cape court.
