Smashed potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large potatoes or 2 bags baby garlic potatoes
  • Extra garlic butter
  • A few sprigs of thyme (or dried)
  • Sprinkles and Spice Chaat Masala

METHOD

Steam your whole potatoes with the skin until soft, and a knife slides through easily. Transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper and with the bottom of a glass or mug smash the top of the potato. Note* The flatter the potato is smashed, the crispier the potato is. Generously rub on garlic butter, making sure you coat all the edges. Add a sprinkle of thyme and grill on 200 degrees until the potatoes are crisp and golden brown (roughly 15 minutes)

Sprinkle with a Sprinkles and Spice Chaat Masala and enjoy!
