How can we reprogramme our subconscious mind? In this episode of Healthwise, we listen to insight offered by Dr Bruce Lipton on how our brain and belief control our well being. We look at how our environments can uplift or break our health. He suggests that there a few key ways to change your subconscious mind – through hypnosis, repetitive nature (habits) or emotional shock (which Dr Lipton highly discourages) and energy psychology.
Stress is a common occurrence and we delve into how the body responds to it, positively and negatively. Dr Lipton adds that stress could be used for therapeutic purposes!
