Radio 786 at Africa’s Travel Indaba

Thinking of traveling and being a tourist in your own country?
 
Radio 786 in Motion takes us all the way to Africa’s Travel Indaba hosted by South African Tourism held at the Durban International Convention Center, 13 – 16 May 2024.
 
This event is the biggest trade show on the continent and brings together people from across 26 African countries. In attendance are approximately nine thousand delegates and more than 1200 exhibitors. The showcase of experience travel, food and entertainment welcomed various sectors of the Tourism industry within Africa.
 
ATI presents and offers a taste of African culture, heritage and natural beauty. From Table Mountain in Cape Town to the Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and Zambia, Africa in all its splendor, has something amazing to offer South Africans, Africans and visitors from around the world.
 
The Indaba also showcased accommodation and destinations from luxury hotels to roughing it out in the bush and then there’s also ‘glamping’. The Africa’s Travel Indaba is an annual event that offers something for everyone in the Tourism industry.
 
The official opening was done by Minister of Tourism Honourable Patricia de Lille, the KZN Premier, CEO of Africa’s Travel Indaba, KZN Dept. of Tourism, the CEO of SA Tourism Board and members of the SA Tourism Board.
