Western Cape Premier Alan Winde has awarded the top achieving matriculants in the province at a ceremony held at Leeuwenhof, the premier’s official residence. Western Cape MEC for Education Debbie Schafer noted that schools in the province received the highest Bachelor’s pass in the country.
