One-Year Since The Murder Of Nathaniel Julies

The Eldorado Park community in Johannesburg is yet to receive a progress report on the death of Nathaniel Julies.
Today marks one year since the 16-year-old Down syndrome teenager was shot and killed at the hands of police during a service delivery protest. Julies was on his way to the local tuck shop to buy biscuits when he was allegedly caught in the crossfire.
Eldorado Park Community Pastor Mike Bobbi says while the relationship between police and the community has slightly improved since the ordeal, the wheels of justice are still turning too slowly.
