The late Tina Joemat-Petterson allegedly said that the courts and the executive are biased towards President Cyril Ramaphosa.

This is according to suspended Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane.

She held a press briefing this afternoon and played recordings of a conversation that Joemat-Pettersen had with Mkhwebane’s husband at a restaurant at the OR Tambo International Airport.

Mkhwebane claimed that if it wasn’t for the actions of the executive, the judiciary, and others, Joemat-Pettersen would still be alive.

The MP died under mysterious circumstances.

Mkwebane had shared two recordings and 90 WhatsApp messages regarding these claims with the Hawks and the police who have since launched an investigation.

She says that in at least 10 of the messages, Joemat-Petterson, claimed that there is a predetermined outcome of the inquiry to remove Mkhwebane from office, saying that the ANC’s Chief Whip, Pemmy Majodina instructs members on how to act.
