Manenberg Cat Killings: A Victim Speaks

A serial cat-killer is on the loose in Manenberg, prompting the the Manenberg Neighbourhood Watch to conduct walkabouts after midnight in a bid to capture the culprit.

Twenty-six cats have been killed thus far.

Local resident, Abdul-Karriem Adams says, “We are the voices of these animals. The cruelty has to has to end. The perpetrator(s) of these violent acts must be apprehended; they themselves are in desperate need of help.”

He appealed to residents to not keep quiet if they witness these barbaric acts and killings.

Faiza Jacobs lost three cats to the killings and discussed the situation with Radio 786’s FYI Show.
