Veteran journalist and political commentator, Karima Brown has passed away after battling Covid-19. She most recently hosted the eNCA show, The Fix. She is revered for her approach to journalism and her activist background ensured an unwavering drive for social justice. Daughter of the late ANC stalwart, Achmat Semaar, Brown grew up in a home that worked to overthrow the oppressive Apartheid regime.
