The Islamic world needs to apply the lessons of the Hajj now more than ever as the Israeli criminal gang carries out its horrific cruelty and unparalleled savagery on the people of Gaza.

In his message to pilgrims, Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamanei, notes that this is the second Hajj and the US backed Israeli genocide continues.

He says Islamic governments have a duty to act and stop the Gaza catastrophe and the people of these countries must demand this from their governments. The Iranian religious leader stressed that Muslim governments may have differing political opinions on issues, but this should not prevent them from coming together and cooperating in the case of Gaza.

He adds that they should defend the most oppressed people in the world as ordained by the Quraan. Ayatollah Khamanei called on Muslim governments to block all avenues of assistance to the Zionist regime and restrain their criminal hands.

To the Hajj pilgrims, Ayatollah Khamanei advised them not to neglect the opportunity to pray and seek Almighty God’s help and beseech Him for victory over the Zionist oppressors and their supporters.

He went on to remind them that Hajj is the migration from ordinary life towards the ideal life.
