Palestinians have yet again reported the Israeli occupation regime to the International Criminal Court (ICC) over its ongoing crimes.

The resistance movement, Hamas filed a complaint over Israel’s brutal 16-year-old siege on the Gaza Strip.

Head of the Human Rights Committee in the Palestinian Legislative Council in Gaza, Huda Naim, indicates that this legal action is part of the battle with a criminal, colonial, settler occupation whose survival relies on military force and international support. More than two million Palestinians are held by Israel in the world’s largest open-air prison.

Zionist Israel deprives them of the most basic of needs including freedom of movement, proper food, healthcare, electricity, and a job. The blockade is aided by Egypt.

Marking the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha, Hamas has called on Muslims to close ranks, strengthen their bonds of solidarity, compassion and renew the oath of allegiance to Al Aqsa Mosque and Al Quds. It comes as the Israeli occupation entity has increasingly attempted to attack the noble sanctuary and its worshippers. Palestinians have remained steadfast and resisted the Israeli assault.
