Garlic naan(flat bread)

INGREDIENTS

2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup yoghurt
½ tsp salt
100g butter
3-4 cloves of garlic (Diced)

METHOD

Sift 2 cups of self-raising flour and salt into a bowl,  add in the yoghurt and mix and knead until it forms a smooth dough (no longer than 4 minutes) then cover with plastic and allow to rest for half an hour.

In a bowl, add in 100g of butter and diced garlic and melt in the microwave.

Preheat a pan on medium heat.

Once rested, divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out on a lightly-floured surface into almost a triangle shape.

Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side then brush it with the garlic butter while it’s still hot and serve.
