A South African woman has joined the Freedom Flotilla that will once again attempt to break the Israeli siege on Gaza.

Human Rights Activist Mooniba Bhyat is the only South African citizen embarking on this journey from Turkey.

Activists from across the world have joined the effort to ensure that aid enters the enclave as the Zionist entity has intensified its restrictions on much needed resources.

Bhyat says that doctors and other skilled activists have joined the Flotilla to ensure that they are able to assist the already strained health and emergency care workers.

The last Freedom Flotilla set sail from Turkey in May 2010.

That attempt saw the Israeli entity carry out an act of piracy, boarded the main ship, the Mavi Marmara, and killed a total of ten unarmed activists.
