Calm prevails across Iran despite false Western media reports of an Israeli attack.

At least three drones were intercepted over the northeastern part of Isfahan. Pan-Arab news channel Al Mayadeen reports that the sounds of explosions heard were a result of air defense interceptions.

The Islamic Republic News Agency says short and medium-range air defense batteries struck the drones which are suspected to have launched domestically. It further reports that field investigations show that important facilities including nuclear sites in the province, are secure, and no incidents have been reported at them.

Iranian sources have told Al Mayadeen that the US media reports of an Israeli attack shows the complicity of these media outlets in waging a proxy war of disinformation on behalf of the Israeli occupation entity.
