1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup white sugar
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
¾ cup milk
⅓ cup oil
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cheese. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and oil. Fold the flour and cheese mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until just well combined.
Transfer to a grease sprayed bread tin.
Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
