In this edition of CT360, we visit the community of Hanover Park. This once vibrant area has been riddled with socio-economic challenges, which have been coupled by the rise in gang violence. Residents have told Radio 786 that they want to be more included in plans for Hanover Park’s future, but say that their concerns are often ignored by authorities.
