Burrito inspired wrap

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g of any vegetables you like e.g. carrots, sweetcorn, red & green peppers
  • 1 SPAR Freshline onion, chopped
  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) oil
  • 1 x 410 g tin SPAR diced tomatoes
  • 1 x 410 g tin SPAR baked beans
  • 125 ml (½ cup) cheese
  • 1 pack 6 SPAR wraps

METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Chop up the vegetables and fry, along with the onion, in the oil until cooked.
  • Add the tomatoes and baked beans. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Line a baking sheet in foil. Place the wraps on the baking sheet and pile 125 ml (½ cup) cheese in the centre of the wraps.
  • Layer the vegetable and bean mixture on top. Wrap it all up and add more cheese on top.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
