The 1980s saw a surge in anti-apartheid protests, particularly amongst the youth. On October, 15, 1985, Wynberg High School saw a similar anti-regime protest, but when the youths dispersed, police were waiting for them. The events that followed eventually saw, what they’ve now become known as the Wynberg 7, being imprisoned. We spoke to three of them: Igshaan Amlay, Julian Stubbs, and Wayne Jordaan.
