Gaza’s health ministry spokesperson Ashraf al-Qudra: 4,137 people have been killed in the Israeli attacks on Gaza including 1,661 children.
There are 13,260 people wounded and more than 4,000 people missing.
Operations are being done on the floor, on the ground, in the corridors of the hospital.
