In this episode, we chat about Pre 1948 agriculture and what it was like during this time, post 1948 to the present time.

Before 1940, 75% of the population lived off sustenance farming. Growing olive trees, Almonds, Figs, Vegetables and Herbs.

With Professor Mazin Qumsiyeh, Palestinian scientist and author, founder and director of the Palestine Museum of Natural History and the Palestine Institute for Biodiversity and Sustainability at Bethlehem University where he teaches.
