Senior Iranian diplomat speaks to Radio 786 on post-war balance of power

US President Donald Trump has accepted Iran’s 10-point proposal stating that he believes it’s a workable basis on which to negotiate. Among these points is no further aggression (including against Iran’s allies), Iranian control of the Strait of Hormuz and the removal of all sanctions.

The US, “Israel” and Iran, have entered a two-week ceasefire with negotiations set start on April 10, 2026.
