The case against Rudolph Viviers, who stands accused of killing a Muslim man in August of last year, was postponed by the High Court in Johannesburg. Judge GM Makhanya says the case is postponed to March 25 so that the court can allow further submissions to be made for a trial date to be set. Viviers allegedly insulted Muhammad Fayaaz Kazi about his beard in Magaliesburg after which an argument and a fight ensued. Kazi was severely beaten and died in hospital.
