The Department of Energy says it has no control over the increases in fuel prices. This as the price of all grades of petrol will increase by 81c a litre at midnight on Wednesday. A litre will cost the consumer R12.73 a litre. Meanwhile next month a 15c increase in the general fuel levy and an 8c increase in the Road Accident Fund levy will come into effect. 04 March 2013 |
